Delete your Foxleaf account
Foxleaf is operated by TRON Technologies LLC.
What deleting your account does
Deleting your Foxleaf account is permanent and cannot be undone. When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your sign-in credentials (your Foxleaf authentication record);
- your library and purchase records stored under your account;
- any copies of audio you uploaded that are held in our storage to sync to your devices;
- the usage records associated with your account (the one-way hashes we keep to meter illustration usage).
Illustrations and audiobooks already downloaded to your device are yours; deleting your account does not reach onto your device. You can remove those in the app or by deleting the app.
What we keep
We may retain limited transaction records (for example, a record that a purchase occurred) where we are required to by law — such as tax, accounting, and financial-record obligations. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
How to delete your account
Email support@foxleafapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify the request is yours, complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done.
(In-app deletion — a one-tap option in Settings — will be added when that feature ships; until then, email is the way.)
